- Available Shipping Providers: At this time we do all of our shipping through the USPS.
- Shipping Providers: We reserve the right to change carriers based on availability and shipping needs.

- Order Fulfillment Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Customers will receive an email confirmation once the order has been processed and shipped. This email will include a tracking number, if applicable.

- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to the United States. We do not offer shipping to certain restricted or remote areas.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 days of receipt. We may request photos of the damaged goods and packaging to assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund.
- Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 2 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim or issuing a replacement order.
